Q: I Just Need An Adhoc Service To Be Done. What Is Your Rate?
A: Our a la carte rate is $40/hour. We have a 1-hour minimum charge per service request, and all time above and beyond the first hour will be charged in 30-minute increments. Please note that fees listed do not include any merchandise purchased, ERP toll charges, parking fees or any goods charged by a third party vendor related to a client request. Transportation fees may be required depending on the type of service request.

Q: What Are Your Service Hours ?

A: We’re available to serve our clients 24/7. However, our normal business hours are 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Mondays through Sundays. Services requested outside of normal business hours and/or on holidays will be subjected to additional premium(s).

Q: What Are Your Payment Terms?

A: Payment for all services rendered is due in advance.  We do offer prepaid accounts for our client’s convenience. We accept cash and all major credit cards via PayPal.

All credit card and personal information obtained is gathered for the purpose of providing concierge services and billing the client for services rendered.  At no time will the collected information be disclosed to a third party, except for the purpose of completing the client’s financial obligation to A Winsome Life Personal Concierge Services .

Q: If I Need Purchases Made Such As Gift Or Grocery Shopping, How Do I Make Payment?

A: At the client’s request, A Winsome Life Personal Concierge Services may purchase items either over the Internet or on the phone with third party vendors with the User’s credit card. In the event that in store purchases need to be made, clients will need to arrange to have the purchase amount available to the consultant prior to services being rendered. The most convenient way of doing this is online through PayPal. Please see the “Third Party Expenses” section in our Terms of Use Agreement for more detailed information.

Q: How Do I Schedule Your Services?

A: You may contact us through our website or call us at 82415746 to determine how we can best serve you. We will work with you to create a plan and schedule that works for your needs. Our normal business hours are Mondays to Sundays, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Evenings and weekends are available by special arrangement. We prefer at least 24 hours notice for any given task, but we realise that we don’t live in a 9-5 world, and that emergencies happen so we will do everything we can to accommodate an urgent requests.

Q: How Much Do You Charge?

A: We offer various membership packages that you can choose from, as well as on-call and emergency options. Your charge will depend upon your service needs. Pricing depends upon how many hours and the type of services you chose.

Q: When Do I Have To Pay For My Services?

A: Any service fees must be paid before any request can be fulfilled.

Q: What Happens To Any Unused Hours?

A: All hours for monthly membership packages must be used within 30 days of the first hour used. Hours not used within 30 days will not be refunded or rolled over to the following month.

Q: How Far In Advance Do I Need To Book Your Services?

A: We prefer at least 24 hours notice for any given request, however we do offer last minute and after hours emergency assistance service for those clients who require urgent assistance.

Q: Can You Guarantee To Help With My Requests?

A: Even though we respond quickly to requests, there are always uncontrollable circumstances, such as traffic on the road that may result in slight delays especially when requests are made on short notice. We highly recommend pre-scheduling tasks that are time sensitive in order to ensure the promise of the quality of service on which we stand by.

Q: Can You Guarantee That My Request Will Be Completed?

A: If you have paid for a time sensitive last minute request, you can be assured that the completion of service will be completed by the time or even before the time that you requested for. We pride ourselves on maintaining an organised schedule so that all of our clients needs are met and completed on time.
