A: Our a la carte rate is $40/hour. We have a 1-hour minimum charge per service request, and all time above and beyond the first hour will be charged in 30-minute increments. Please note that fees listed do not include any merchandise purchased, ERP toll charges, parking fees or any goods charged by a third party vendor related to a client request. Transportation fees may be required depending on the type of service request.

A: We’re available to serve our clients 24/7. However, our normal business hours are 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Mondays through Sundays. Services requested outside of normal business hours and/or on holidays will be subjected to additional premium(s).
