Continuing from where I left off in Part 1 about the Sands SkyPark and Gardens By The Bay, I will only be blogging about Yan Palace Restaurant due to the large number of photos involved in this Blog Entry.
Yan Palace Restaurant is a Chinese Restaurant that my family frequently patronise. Though Yan Palace Restaurant has two outlets [one at Warren Golf & Country Club, and the other at Hong Lim Complex], we often go to the one at Hong Lim Complex due to its accessibility.

To celebrate my Uncle’s birthday, my Dad booked the VIP KTV Room and before the dinner, Baby went to plan the surprise that we were going to give my Uncle.

Baby went to buy a huge gigantic birthday card, snapped a photo of everyone using a Polaroid Camera, and she pasted the photos onto the card with all our well-wises written on it.

As mentioned, my Dad booked the VIP KTV Room at Yan Palace Restaurant and that is exactly the unique dining experience that Yan Palace Restaurant offers. We could all eat and sing Karaoke at the same time. Also, their song list is regularly updated so finding the latest songs isn’t of an issue.

The VIP KTV Room at Yan Palace Restaurant is huge! It is able to accommodate a table for 10-12 people and there are sofas around for a casual chill-out.

To be honest, the 8 dishes of Chinese food we had weren’t exactly the best. The quality of food was rather average, so don’t expect anything out of this world.

We had this Cold Dish Combination…

Again, there is nothing to rave about the food. I reckoned the reason why many people often dine here is because of the KTV system and the large chill-out space.

So anyways, we celebrated my Uncle’s birthday with a surprise Mango Cake that Baby bought.

My Uncle’s very happy face when he saw the huge gigantic card with all our photos and well-wishes. [Mission Accomplished]

On a separate note, if anyone has noticed, the frequency of us updating our Blog is getting lesser and lesser but that doesn’t mean that we are giving up Blogging entirely. Since the New Year, we have been really busy with work and though we might not be able to Blog everyday [like we used to], we will definitely have at least 3-4 Blog Posts in a week.

Also, our current giveaway of 1 Set of 5 Sticky Ties to 5 Lucky Winners is ending in 21 days time and so far, we have received 43 entries that were submitted. If you haven’t submitted yours yet, do participate in our giveaway via the following link: https://awinsomelife.org/current-blog-giveaway/

God bless!
