Nobu Singapore has introduced a new Sunday Sushi Social at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore, giving diners another way to spend a leisurely weekend afternoon over sushi, sashimi and Japanese-Peruvian signatures.

Available every Sunday from 12:00 noon to 2:30 pm, the experience is priced at S$88 per person, with a minimum of two diners. Rather than following a conventional set-menu format, the meal is built around sharing, with guests choosing from salads, sashimi, hand-pressed nigiri, maki and grilled dishes before adding dessert if they wish.

The current menu includes familiar Nobu favourites such as tuna, salmon, kanpachi, yellowtail and tai across the sashimi and nigiri selections. For the grill course, options include spring chicken, prawn honey anticucho, Chilean sea bass and squid pasta, with Black Cod Miso and Beef Anticucho available at an additional charge.

There are also optional free-flow beverage packages for diners who want to make more of the afternoon. These currently include Whispering Angel rosé at an additional S$48 per person and Hokusetsu Junmai Sado No Shu sake at an additional S$52 per person.

The Sunday format sits alongside Nobu Singapore’s broader weekend programme. The restaurant continues to run its Taste of Nobu Saturday Brunch, while Nobu Bar hosts an After Brunch Experience on Saturdays from 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm.

For diners who prefer a more hands-on experience, Nobu Singapore also lists a Sunday Sushi Masterclass from 11:00 am to 12:00 noon at S$250 per person, offering an opportunity to learn basic sushi-making techniques before sitting down to a family-style meal.
