One of the movies Singapore is anticipating the most is ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows‘ which will finally be released on the 2nd of June; much to the absolute delight of all the children (and many parents). In this sequel, the powerful turtles will have to fight against their biggest enemy and some other previously unknown ones to make sure everyone on planet Earth is safe.Expect lots of action and as well as laughter throughout the almost 2-hour film; thanks to an incredible cast which includes Megan Fox and Stephen Amell.

Finding Dory

On the 16th of June, one of the movies that Singapore has been waiting for the most will finally be out and that movie is… ‘Finding Dory‘. Remember how 13 years ago, ‘Finding Nemo’ managed to get children, parents and grandparents to go to the cinema together to have a good time? Well, this sequel will manage to do just that once more because it’s expected to be one of the funniest movies of the year where Dory, the forgetful blue fish, will set on an adventure together with Nemo, and his father Martin to find her long-lost family.

If your children are big video game fans, they most probably would have talked to you about ‘Warcraft‘ so much that you know every little detail about it. Well, get ready because chances are you will be taking a trip to the cinema on the 9th of June to watch the first movie to come out of the video game franchise. In the movie, you will witness a war of civilizations where humans will come close to destruction while the orcs will face extinction.

Independence Day Resurgence


Think back to 1996 when the first ‘Independence Movie’, starring Will Smith, was released. People couldn’t stop talking about it and it’s all about to happen again when, on the 23rd of June, the long-awaited sequel is finally released which will definitely become one of the most watched movies Singapore has ever seen. As you most probably have already guessed, in ‘Independence Day Resurgence‘ the aliens will be back to try and destroy planet Earth once and for all.
