Looking for things to do in Sentosa this Halloween? From glowing marine displays to dog-friendly festivities and a playful beach workout, here are the events worth knowing about before October ends.

Halloween in Singapore doesn’t have to mean haunted houses. If you’re heading to Sentosa with children, friends or even your dog, there are several ways to spend the last days of October 2026. Here’s our guide to what’s happening, when it ends, and who each experience might suit.

1. Into the Glowcean at Singapore Oceanarium

Until 1 November 2026. Singapore Oceanarium’s seasonal Into the Glowcean programme turns a marine-life outing into something a little more atmospheric with glowing displays, creative activities and special underwater moments.

Keep an eye out for Oceanic Glow, featuring illuminated marine-life sculptures by local glass-neon artist Megan Foo. There is also a Skeleton Dive Feed scheduled for 4pm daily except Mondays and Fridays, subject to the venue programme.

Best for: Families who prefer wonder over fright, and visitors keen on marine life.

See the official event information for activities, tickets and updates.

2. Singapore Dog Festival at Palawan Green

16 October to 1 November 2026. Four-legged family members get their turn at Sentosa’s Singapore Dog Festival, featuring a dog playscape, curated marketplace, live entertainment, food and interactive activities.

Halloween-themed decorations begin from 23 October, with a Halloween Parade on 31 October at 6pm (registration from 5pm), according to Sentosa’s Islander newsletter.

Admission: Free from Monday to Thursday; tickets are required from Friday to Sunday, according to Sentosa’s official event page. Please note that only pet dogs are admitted to the festival, dogs must be kept on leads, and pets are not permitted on the Sentosa Express or beach shuttle.

Best for: Dog owners and pet-loving families.

Check the official event page for current tickets and conditions.

3. Halloween Horror Nights 14 at Universal Studios Singapore

Selected evenings until 1 November 2026. If you’re looking for genuine scares, Universal Studios Singapore’s Halloween Horror Nights 14 is the more intense option. This year’s event features four haunted houses, with a storyline centred on the Karang Guni Man.

Event sessions are advertised from 7.30pm to 12.30am on selected nights. This is not our pick for younger children: Resorts World Sentosa does not recommend the event for children under 13. Check official advisories before buying.

Best for: Older visitors seeking high-intensity Halloween thrills.

4. HIIT THE BEACH at Palawan Beach

24 October 2026 to 31 January 2027. Not technically a Halloween event, but an easy activity to pair with a weekend visit. HIIT THE BEACH stands for High Intensity Ice Cream Training, an eight-zone activity space combining playful movement challenges with a beachside, ice-cream-inspired setting.

The organisers say visitors can complete as much or as little of the circuit as they wish, so it is more of a light-hearted family outing than a serious fitness test. Entry is free.

Best for: Families and friends looking for an outdoor, lower-cost activity.

Find details on Sentosa’s official page.

5. Halloween movies by the beach

24 October to 1 November 2026. Sentosa is also listing a Halloween edition of Movies by the Beach at Siloso Point. The Islander newsletter describes screenings in the historic Fort Siloso setting, with a mix of family adventures and spookier titles.

Screenings: 24 October, Night at the Museum (PG); 25 October, Dora and the Lost City of Gold (PG); 31 October, Happy Death Day (PG13); and 1 November, Happy Death Day 2U (PG13). Screenings start at 7.30pm beside the Surrender Chambers at Fort Siloso. Admission is free and no booking is required.

Best for: A relaxed evening out, with careful attention to the movie ratings for younger viewers.

Which Sentosa Halloween experience should you choose?

For families with younger children, Into the Glowcean would be our starting point. For pet owners, the Singapore Dog Festival offers something different. Those keen on a proper fright can look at Halloween Horror Nights 14, while HIIT THE BEACH is a free outing that continues long after Halloween.

Planning tip: Several activities end on 1 November 2026. Verify the latest operating dates, ticket conditions, age restrictions and weather-related updates on each organiser’s official website before heading down.
