Real Escape Games need no introduction because they are pretty commonplace in Singapore. In fact, I have tried a couple of them but nothing beats LOST Singapore [LOST SG], Singapore’s Next Generation Real Escape Game.

For those who haven’t got any idea as to what exactly is a Real Escape Game, it is essentially a real-life room escape game where players have to put together clues, puzzles, and race against time to escape from a locked room.

Having said that, are Real Escape Games still as popular as they were in Singapore?

Yes, they are! In fact, there are many different themed rooms with different interesting storylines and owners of Real Escape Games are constantly on the lookout to refresh the gameplay and storyboard.

Our Personal Review/Opinion of LOST SG

It was our first time at LOST SG and the experience from start to end was very fulfilling. Both Jacqueline and I were teamed up with Fash Realm and a group of people whom we only met briefly and we were assigned to play Castiglione.

Prior to the start of the game, a short introductory video was screened to us so that we understood the context of the game. As we don’t want to spoil the game for you [whether or not you’re planning to make a trip down], we will not be revealing much details here because we want you to have the most immersive gaming experience.

All we can say is, no brute force is required to escape from the room and there’s absolutely no scary actors or things that will suddenly jump onto you. The technology that is implemented in the design of the game is highly intuitive and we were really amazed by it.

If you are new to Real Escape Game, our tip is that you pay attention to details, have an analytical and logical mindset, and work together as a team; only then can you complete the game successfully.

How I wish the Singapore Armed Forces [SAF] could substitute the Situational Test [SIT Test] with the Real Escape Game because it really does help to promote cohesion and teamwork among teammates. Moreover, the games are suitable for all men and women; regardless of the level of physical fitness.

Personally, I have always enjoyed playing Real Escape Games because it helps me learn more about myself and also about others as well. While it is possible to complete a Real Escape Game by yourself, it is probably impossible to do so if you’re running against time. Hence, we highly recommend that you bring along some friends with you so that you can complete the game as a team. Furthermore, if you form a team of at least 7 players, you will be entitled to exclusive room usage. Do note that the game duration is only 60 minutes and payment is by Cash and NETS.

If you’re interested to head down to LOST SG and have a go at their escape rooms, do give them a call before heading down to avoid any disappointment. Alternatively, you can also make your booking via LOST SG Official Website.
